Leaders who are not afraid to have clear, bold,
ambitious visions, sharing them with passion,
conviction, & integrity. 

Leaders who are not afraid to be creative
and create the conditions for others to be
even more creative than them.

Leaders who aren’t afraid to lead 
even when they DO NOT have ALL the answers. 

Leaders who are devoted to enabling and
empowering people, even when times
are tough and unsettling. 

Leaders who are not afraid to make mistakes
as long as they are constantly growing. 

Leaders, regardless of their role or position, 
raise their hands and take charge.
